My name is Christian Rae, and I was born and raised in beautiful Hawaii. My Two Scoops is a place where I will post about all things food and nutrition, where I will give you my honest two cents *scoops*! I have been in the culinary field for over 12 years now, starting as a cook in restaurants. Now I have my Culinary and Pastry Arts degree, (soon to be graduate) in Food Science and Human Nutrition degree, and currently working as a private chef.

Take a look around the site, and you will be able to learn a little more about me, some recipes, educational posts, as well as what I have been doing for my field placement opportunity for FSHN 492.
